Hotmilk x Everyday Solitude – Self Love Edition

A conversation card deck for the relationship that shapes everything else — the one you have with yourself.

We created this deck because some of the most important conversations in womanhood are the ones that don't get had. The Hotmilk x Everyday Solitude Self Love Edition features 50 conversation prompts designed through a psychology-informed lens to encourage reflection, self-awareness, and meaningful conversations about body image, connection, personal needs, and the way we see ourselves. Whether used on your own or with someone you trust, this deck is an invitation to approach yourself with greater curiosity, compassion, and confidence — developed in partnership with mental health initiative Everyday Solitude and created in consultation with a clinical psychologist.

The questions are gentle, safe, and designed to go somewhere real.

3. Needs — naming what you need and learning to communicate it

4. Perception — exploring how you relate to yourself day to day

No rules. Pick a card at random, work through a theme, or sit with a single question. Use it alone, with a partner, or with a friend you trust.
